- All provisions of Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Ancillary Services) Regulations, 2022 except those mentioned in para (b) below, shall come into force with effect from 05.12.2022.
- The following provisions shall come into force from the date to be separately notified by the Commission:
- Provisions pertaining to TRAS under Regulation 6;
- Regulations 14 to 19;
- Provisions pertaining to TRAS in Regulations 20 to 22
- Regulations 26.
- (c) Detailed Procedures issued under Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Ancillary Services) Regulations, 2015 shall continue to be in operation till further directions, refer attachment for further details.
