- Whereas the Clause (1.2) of Regulation (1) of the said 5th Amendment Regulations provides that the Regulations shall come into force from the date to be separately notified by the Commission, And now, therefore, it is hereby notified as under:
- 5th Amendment Regulations except Clause 9.1 of the 5th Amendment Regulations [amending Regulation 8 of CERC (Open Access in inter-State Transmission) Regulations, 2008, hereinafter referred to as the “Principal Regulations”] shall come into force with effect from 01.05.2022. The short term open access applicants may apply for registration in NOAR prior to 1.5.2022 in accordance with the detailed procedure.
