• Extending the validity of the exemption and for the said purpose amends the notification of the Ministry of the Corporate Affairs published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide S.O. 2039(E), dated the 29th June, 2017.
