- NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of paras 10 and 11 of the said Notification No. S.O 3631 (E) dated 6 September 2021, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby notifies the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), situated at ISBT Building, 4th & 5th floor, Kashmere Gate, Delhi-110006, as the Agency to act as Secretariat and shall provide all financial and logistic support including accommodation, transportation and such other facilities in respect of all statutory functions of the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Delhi and the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC), Delhi.
- The Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) shall arrange to pay sitting fee, traveling allowance and dearness allowance to the Chairmen and Members of the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Delhi and the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC), Delhi. For this purpose, Delhi Pollution Control Committee will issue a separate order expeditiously.
