- All the organizations//Departments/PSUs are hereby strictly directed to ensure timely payments for MSMEs and settle their claims on priority. Furthermore, the State Public Sector Undertakings are also advised to join and transact on the TReDS (Trade Receivables Discounting System) a platform, which is set up to facilitate discounting of invoices for MSMEs for corporate buyers through multiple financiers, refer attachment for further details.
