- The Government of Puducherry, vide a notification, amended the table in Notification G.O Ms. No.11/2017-Puducherry GST (Rate), dated the 29th June 2017 under the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, relating to the option available for GTA who commences new business or crosses the threshold for registration during any Financial Year, pay GST on the services supplied by it during that Financial Year by making a declaration in Annexure V with effect from 19th May’2023.
