- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (l) of rule 3 of the Motor Vehicles (Registration and Functions of Vehicle Scrapping Facility) Rules, 2021, the Governor of Haryana hereby nominates the Transport Commissioner, Haryana and Administrative Secretary to Government, Haryana, Transport Department as the Registration Authority and Appellate Authority respectively for the purposes of said rule, refer attachment for further details.
