• Government of Maharashtra hereby notifies the following persons (being persons who are qualified for appointment under rule 49 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945) and specified in the Schedule appended herewith, to be the Drug inspectors for the purpose of Chapter IV of the said Act for the entire State of Maharashtra, refer attachment for further details.
