- The Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Mines number G.S.R. 560(E) dated the 30th May, 2016 relating to the Minerals
- (Transfer of Mining Lease Granted Otherwise than through Auction for Captive Purpose) Rules, 2016, published in Gazette of India, Part II, section 3, sub-section (i) dated the 30th May, 2016.
- Notwithstanding such rescission, anything done or any action taken under the Minerals (Transfer of Mining Lease Granted Otherwise than through Auction for Captive Purpose) Rules, 2016, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of the Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016, published in Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 279(E), dated 4th March, 2016.
