• In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- -section (2) of Section 1 of the Goa Shops and Establishments (Amendment) Act, 2021 (Goa Act 30 of 2021), the Government of Goa hereby appoints the 02nd day of May, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of said Act shall come into force, refer attachment for further details.
