- The Governor, Himachal Pradesh in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (6) of Section-41 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (No. 59 of 1988) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf is pleased to allot/release registration marks/ number from Serial No. 0001 to 0200 under the Registration marks HP07L to Registering and Licensing Authority, Shimla (Urban), District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh for registration of motor vehicles of General Administrative Department, Himachal Pradesh with effect from the publication of this notification in the H.P.
