Notification under Tamil Nadu Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 2021(dated-02.12.2022)-Govt. of Tamil Nadu.

• In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 2021 (Tamil Nadu Act 22 of 2021), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 02-12-2022, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force, refer attachment for further details.
