- Central Government in a notification No. S.O. 3515(E) in the excise of power conferred under provision of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986 hereby makes the following amendments in the notification No. S.O. 1257 (E) in para 4(2) for the words “Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India”, the words “Revenue Department in the State Government”, shall be substituted. And this notification shall be applicable to the state of Gujrat Please refer to the notification for more details.
