- Central Government in a notification No. S.O. 3513(E) in the excise of power conferred under provision of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986 hereby makes the following amendments in the notification No. S.O. 221(E)
- In para 3(11) the words, “approved by the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change”, shall be deleted
- In para 5 (2) after the words, “Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change”, the words “or the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority, Goa, as the case may be,” shall be inserted and this notification shall be applicable to the state of Goa.
