- Central Government in a notification No.S.O. 3516(E) in the excise of power conferred under provision of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986 hereby makes the following amendments in the notification No. S O. 2173 (E) in para 3(10) the words, “and approved by the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change”, shall be omitted. And this notification shall be applicable to the state of Sikkim Please refer to the notification for more details.
