- “Provided that the advance payment of royalty shall be relaxed for Government Departments/ BEACON/ BRO/ GREF who shall pay the royalty within a period of one month from the date of issuance of Short Term /Disposal Permit by the Department of Geology and Mining, J&K(UT). The late payment, if any, after the said period shall be dealt in terms of rule-95 of these rules”, refer attachment for further details.
