- In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 1 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax (Ninth Amendment) Rules, 2021, issued vide notification of the Government of Uttarakhand, Finance Section 8 No, 880/2021/15(120)/XXVII(8)/2021/CT-35 dated 23rd November, 2021,the Governor, is pleased to allow to notifies the 1stday of January, 2022, as the date from which the provisions of rule 3, rule 4, clause (i) of rule 7 and rule 8 of the said rules, shall come into force, refer attachment for further details.
