- This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 17th day of January, 2022.
- In the said notification, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely, – “Provided that the Clearing Corporation shall not undertake any activity except that of clearing and settling transactions in repo and reverse repo in the debt securities that are dealt with or traded on a recognised stock exchange.” , refer attachment for further details.
