- No: 47/2023 – Customs directs that the Second Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act shall be amended by insertion of item “Onions” at customs tariff rate of 50% No: 48/2023- The duty of customs leviable thereon under the said Second Schedule as is in excess of the amount calculated at the rate of export duty of 40% for the “Onions”. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect, and will remain in force up to and inclusive of the 31st December, 2023. Please refer notification for more details.
