View Pdf- It has been observed that a large number of government and private Health care facilities have still not obtained authorization under Bio-medical waste Rules and consent to operate under the Water( Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and or Air( Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
- It has been decided that exemption from depositing from depositing back fee by the Health care facilities considered vide above referred office orders dated 01.11.2019, 27.08.2020 and 01.01.2021 shall continue to be applicable for the authorization /consent applications received on or before 31.12.2021.
