- All regional heads are hereby requested to ensure that the industrial and isolated storages covered under the rules have to submit the following information prior to forwarding the respective CTE/CTO application to Head office:
- Details on onsite emergency plans.
- Safety reports and safety audit reports in accordance with the manufacture, storage and import of Hazardous Chemical Rules, 1989, refer attachment for further details.
