- Following categories of individuals are exempted form the above restriction, subject to strict compliance of Covid appropriate behaviour:
- Officers officials of Government of India, its autonomous/subordinate offices & Public Corporations and officers/officials of GNCT of Delhi/autonomous bodies/corporations involved in emergency services such as Health and Family Welfare and all related medical establishments, Police, Prisons, Home Guards, Civil Defense, Fire and emergency Services, District Administration and other authorities.
- Print & Electronic Media persons on production of valid I card.
- All private medical personnel such as Doctors, hospital services nursing staff, paramedical, etc. and other (such as hospitals, diagnostic centres, clinics, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies and other medical & health services), on production of valid I card.Persons going to neighbourhood shops on feet for purchase of essential items such as food, fruits vegetables, dairy & milk products, medicine etc. Pregnant women and patients for getting medical / health services.
- Person coming from/going to Airports/Railway stations/SBTs allowed to travel on production of valid ticket.
- There shall be no restriction on inter-state and intra-state movement transportation of essential/ non-essential goods. No separate permission / e-pass will be required for such movements,
- Movement of persons related to commercial and private establishments providing following ) essential services/commodities, on production of valid I card, shall be allowed:
- Shops, dealing with foods, groceries, fruits& vegetables, dairy & milk booths, meat& fish, animal fodder, pharmaceuticals, medicines, ophthalmologists and medical equipment’s.
- Telecommunications, Internet services, broadcasting and cable services, IT and IT enabled services, data centres, cloud services etc.
- Delivery of all essential goods including foods, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment’s through e-commerce.
- Petrol pumps, LPG, CNG, petroleum and gas retail and storage outlets.
- Private security services.
