- Imposing the Special commodity levy rate (Column II) for the commodities specified in the given schedule of Column I and waiving off the balance amount after collection R.6 per kg from the applicable Special Commodity Levy of 10% or Rs.400 per kg on importation of Mackerel under section 5 of the said act.
