- In this regard, the industry/project proponent intending to seek-auto generated exemption certificate for white category shall apply through jkocmms.nic.in by filing an e-application form along with online undertaking/self-declaration certifying that the activity falls under white category of UCM classification and there shall be no trade effluent generation and discharge from the industry is non-polluting as per the white category index score mentioned in the revised classification of industrial sector issued by CPCB, and no fee is required to be deposited, refer attachment for further details.
