- The Deputy commissioners/SDO civil are Authorised to impose lockdown /curfew in their respective districts.
- Political, public social and religious gatherings are not permitted including conferences, meeting and trainings.
- Interstate movement of persons shall be restricted.
- Home delivery services are permitted to subject to regulation by respective authorities.
- Movement of skilled manpower for construction activities may be permitted by the respective authorities.
- Exemptions:
- Health services, movement of goods, Medicines and pharmaceuticals.
- Person travelling on essential government duty Viz.,
- Electricity, Water, Telecom service, Print and Electronic media etc.,
