” However mandatory production of negative RTPCT report not older than 96 hours before arrival into Ladakh shall be exempted for such visitors who have been inoculated with both the doses of Covid-19 vaccine and 15 day have elapsed since the date of second dose, provided such visitor has no clinical symptoms of Covid -19. The District administrations – Leh and Kargil, will put in place a reliable and verifiable system in consultation with the health department of the purpose.”
