- ln exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sec.31 of the A.P S.E Act, 1988 read with G.O Ms. No 844, Labour, Employment Nutrition, Technical Education (Lab- ll) Dept., Dt.10-12-1979, l, the Joint commissioner of Labour, zone-ll, Eluru hereby notify the following National and Festival Holidays to be the holidays with wages for the calendar year 2023 for the employees working in shops and establishments to which the provisions of said Act, refer attachment for further details.
