- It is requested to check and verify compliance of labels of all such oil products/manufacturers under your jurisdiction and in case of any violations w.r.t labelling such as name of oil or deceptive labels creating erroneous impression regarding the nature of product, such FBOs may be immediately issued notices under intimation to FSSAI HQ. An action taken report in the matter shall also be provided to FSSAI HQ by 1st June 2022 positively in the format, refer attachment for further details.
