- District Magistrate and District Disaster Management Authority, Gurugram in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under relevant provisions of the Epidemic Act, 1897 & Disaster Management Act, 2005, do hereby order that it is mandatory to wear face mask/cover, while in public or work places in the District Gurugram. Any violation of the same will be punished by imposing a fine of Rs. 500/-, Non-payment of the fine will attract proceedings under the section 188 of IPC, refer attachment for further details.
