Order regarding referral Food Labs notified by FSSAI under Section43 (2) of the FSS Act, 2006 (dated -01.07.2022)-FSSAI.

• Food Safety and Standards Authority of India has notified 20 Referral Food Laboratories vide Gazette Notifications S.O. 97 (E) dated 10th January, 2017; S.O. 3695 (E) dated 20th November, 2017; S.O. 3827 (E) dated 31st July, 2018; S.O.696(E) dated 31st January, 2019; F. No. 12013/01/2019 dated 10th February, 2021 and F. No. QA- 12013/7/2021-QA-FSSAI dated 15th February, 2022 under section 43(2) of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 to carry out the functions entrusted to the referral food laboratory.
• The list of 20 FSSAI notified Referral Food Laboratories along with their FSSAI Registration Number and corresponding Gazette Notification Number is annexed (Annexure-I), refer attachment for further details.
