- Through Subsequent clarification vide order dated 26th September, 2022 on the subject cited above. In this regard, comments were also sought from WTO members. Considering the comments received from the trading partners in respected of implementation time, it has been decided that the date of implementation of said order shall be extended by two months and the order will be now effective from 1st January 2023, refer attachment for further details.
