Order under Section 144 Cr.P.C in lieu of Covid -19 – UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu

• Curfew timings has been extended from 06.00Pm to 06.00 Am however the operation of medical services, delivery of food item, industrial workers commuting for shift duties are exempted.
• This order shall come in to force immediately from the date of issue and shall remain into force till 30th April, 2021.
• Any person contravening this order shall be punishable under section 188 of the IPC. etc.,
