Order Under Section 144 Cr.P.C – U.T of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu

1. Any congregation of more than 05 people at Public Places with the exemption of activities allowed in the order quoted in the preamble above through the District is prohibited.
2. Any person found not wearing a mask and violating social distancing norms at all Public/Work Places shall be fined as per order quoted in the preamble above.
3. No shops Commercial activities shall be carried cut in 100 Mtrs. Peripheries around Shri Vinoba Bhave Civil Hospital, Silvassa except essential food and medical shops.
4. Curfew timings shall remain from 06:00 p.m. to 06:00 am. However the operation of medical services, delivery of food items, industrial workers commuting for shift duties are exempted.
5. Complete Curfew is hereby imposed on all weekends (Saturday & Sunday and all Public Holidays.

This order shall come into force immediately from the date of issue and shall remain in force till 31 May, 2021.
