- In the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, for the words “reconnaissance permit, prospecting license or mining lease” wherever they occur, the words “mineral concession” shall be substituted. And for the words “prospecting licence-cum-mining lease”, wherever they occur [other than in clause (a) of section 3], the words “composite licence” shall be substituted.
- Various substitution made in section 3, 4, 4A, 5, 8, 8A, 8B,9B,9C,10, 10A, 10B,10C,12A, 13,17A,21.
- After the fourth schedule, fifth schedule be inserted.
