Press release regarding SEBI signs IOSCO’s enhanced multilateral MOu (EMMoU) (dated – 23.12.2021) – SEBI.

• SEBI has signed the Enhanced Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding (EMMoU) of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) on December 22, 2021. Shri. Ajay Tyagi, Chairman signed the EMMoU on behalf of SEBI. With the signing, SEBI joins a select group of securities regulators which are signatories to EMMoU, refer attachment for further details
