- The Director General of Foreign Trade vide a public notice, amended the Amnesty scheme for one time settlement of default in export obligation by Advance and EPCG authorization holders. As per the circular, the last date to apply under the Amnesty Scheme has been extended till 31st December 2023 and last date for payment of Customs Duty plus interest has been extended till 31st March 2024.
