- Direction issued by Government of Assam dated 4th June, 2021 and in the order to ensure further expeditious processing of consent to establish CTE and Consent to Operate CTO for ethanol producing industries the pollution control board, Assam has incorporated certain modifications in the SOP notified vide dated 23rd June, 2021. The modified SOP in hereby notified and shall come in force on 28.06.2021 with immediate effect.
- In case of any amendments of governing legislation or any notification or guidelines in this regard issued by MOEF&CC, Govt. of India, Central Pollution Control Board, Govt. of Assam or any subsequent decisions taken by the pollution control board Assam, this SOP may be subjected to further modification in accordance with the same.
