The Companies (Accounts) Amendment Rules, 2021 – MCA

• They shall come into effect from the 1st day of April, 2021.
• In the Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014, In Rule 3, in Sub-Rule (1), the proviso shall be inserted.
• In Rule 8, in Sub-Rule (5), after clause (x), the Clauses shall be inserted.
