The Copyright (Amendment) Rules, 2021 – Ministry of Commerce and Industry

• This has come into force from 30^th Mar 2021.
• In the Copyright Rules, 2013, in rule 2, in sub-rule (1), in Clause (b) for the words “a Copyright Board as defined in sub-section (1) of”the words “theAppellate Board as provided in” shall be substituted.
