- This has come into force from 3rd May 2021.
- The Haryana Minor Mineral Concession, Stocking, Transportation of Minerals and Prevention of Illegal Mining Rules, 2012, the following substitutions, insertions and omittion made.
- In Rule 9, in Sub-Rule(3), the rate of annual dead rent be substituted as 10% from the existing rent 25%.
- In Rule 18(Acknowledgement of application) substitution made.
- In Rule 20(Surrender of a mining lease), some Rules are substituted.
- In Rule 22(Grant of mining contracts by competitive bidding) for the word ‘twenty five’ the word ‘ten’ be substituted.
- In Rule 24(Decision on the application for renewal of Mining Contract) Some Rules are substituted.
- In Rule 25(Surrender of a mining contract), Some Rules are substituted.
- In Rule 55(Payments of the bid amount) in Sub-Rule(3), after Clause Viii the Clause ix been inserted.
- In Rule 56(Conditions of the mining lease/ contract)in Sub-Rule(5) Sub-Rule(6) and Sub-Rule (12)various substitution made.
- After the Rule 63(Mutual settlement of rent and compensation for the land used for mining) the Rule 63A been inserted.
- In Rule 64(Determination of fair market rent, if not mutually settled between the parties)the Sub-Rule (1) been inserted.
- In Rule 65(Determination of Compensation)the Sub-Rule(20 and Sub-Rule(6) been substituted.
- In Rule 71(Modification in the mining Plan or Scheme and other conditions)the Sub-Rule(6) been omitted etc.
