Trade notice – clarification regarding prohibition of export of wheat (dated -17.05.2022)-DGFT.

• In this regard it is further clarified that whatever wheat consignments have been handed over to customs for examination and have been registered into their systems on or prior to 13.05.2022, such consignments shall also be allowed to be exported, as provided in para. 9.13B of Handbook of Procedure, 2015-2020, refer attachment for further details.
