- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with subsection (2) of Section 4 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, and sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of Section 5 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby re-constitute the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board Members.
