- The Governor, Himachal Pradesh in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of Section-41 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (No. 59 of 1988) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf is pleased to allot /release registration marks/number from Serial No.0001 to 9999 under the Registration marks HP 40F to Registering and Licensing Authority, Kangra, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh for registration of motor vehicles with effect from the publication of this notification in the H.P. Rajpatra (Extra Ordinary) in the public interest.
