- In the circumstances reported by the Secretary & CEO, Telangana Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Hyderabad in the letter 5th read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby approve the scheme under sub-rule (L) of Rule 33 of the Telangana Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare (RE&CS) Rules, 1999 read with Section 22 (h) of the Building & Other Construction Workers (RE&CS) Act, 1996 for conducting training programme through Andhra Pradesh Productivity Council for both Telangana & Andhra Pradesh State, Hyderabad to the registered building & other construction workers in various construction trades to improve their productivity and employability by acquiring of new skills and upgradation of existing skills duly and with guidelines, refer attachment for further details.
