Revised order regarding   of Lockdown w.e.f. 07th June 2021 with guidelines (order dated – 04.06.2021) – Govt. of Maharashtra

  • The state government has created five levels of corona positivity rate:
    • Level 1 – The positivity rate will be less than 5 percent and the oxygen beds will be less than 25 percent full.
    • Level 2 – The positivity rate will be less than 5 percent and the oxygen beds will be 25 to 40 percent full.
    • Level 3 – The positivity rate will be between 5 and 10 percent and the oxygen beds will be more than 40 percent full.
    • Level 4 – The positivity rate will be between 10-20 per cent and the oxygen beds will be more than 60 per cent full.
    • Level 5 – The positivity rate will be more than 20 percent and the oxygen beds will be more than 75 percent full.
  • Here are the rules for the first level:
    • All types of (essential service and non-essential service) shops will continue to operate regularly.
    • Malls, theatres, multiplexes, single screen theatres, theatres, etc. will continue regularly
    • Restaurants will open regularly
    • Local trains will resume. However, the local DMA will decide as required.
    • Public places, open fields, walks, cycling will start regularly
    • All private offices can be started.
    • Permission for 100 percent attendance in government offices. 100 percent attendance allowed in private offices if required.
    • Various sports, filming, social and cultural entertainment will also be allowed
    • There will be no restrictions on weddings, funerals, meetings, elections, there will be no curfew in this area.
    • Construction, agriculture, e-commerce will continue regularly
    • Inter-district travel regularly. However, e-pass will be mandatory for anyone coming from Level-5 district.
    • The curfew will not apply.
  • Here are the rules for the second level:
  • All types of (essential service and non-essential service) shops will continue to operate regularly.
  • Malls, theatres, multiplexes, single screen theatres, theatres etc. will start at 50 per cent capacity.
  • Local trains will continue to provide medical services, essential services, for women. The DMA will make decisions as needed.
  • Public places, open fields, walks, cycling will start regularly
  • All private offices can be started.
  • Permission for 100 percent attendance in government offices. 100 percent attendance allowed in private offices if required.
  • Indoor games have a limit of 5 to 9 in the morning and 5 to 9 in the evening for various games. So outdoor games will be closed all day.
  • Filming will continue regularly.
  • Social, cultural or recreational events will have a 50 percent attendance limit.
  • Attendance up to 50 capacity of the hall for wedding ceremonies. However, a maximum of 100 people allowed.
  • There is no limit to attendance for the funeral.
  • Here are the rules for the third level:
    • Essential Service Shops will be open daily until 4 p.m.
    • Shops that are not in essential service will be open Monday through Friday until 4 p.m.
    • Malls, theatres, multiplexes, single screen theatres, theatres will remain closed.
    • The restaurant will be open from Monday to Friday from 4 pm to 50 per cent capacity. After that the parcel service will continue.
    • Local trains will only run for medical, emergency services and women. The DMA will decide as needed.
    • Public places, open fields, walks, cycling will continue daily from 5 to 9 p.m.
    • Private offices will be open Monday to Friday till 4 p.m.
    • The same condition applies to private offices, with 50 per cent attendance in government offices.
    • The time for various games will be 5 to 9 in the morning, 6 to 9 in the evening.
    • Bio-bubble binding for filming. Not allowed after 5 p.m.
    • Social, cultural or recreational events will have a 50 percent attendance limit until 4 p.m.
    • The wedding can be attended by up to 50 people.
    • The funeral can be attended by up to 20 people.
    • 50 per cent limit for meetings and elections.
    • Work can be continued by the workers present at the construction site. However, it has to be closed after 4 pm.
    • E-commerce will continue on a regular basis.
    • Agriculture work will continue till 4 pm every day.
    • Public transport will continue at 100 per cent capacity.
    • The curfew will be in effect till 5 pm, while the curfew will be in effect after 5 pm.
  • Here are the rules for the fourth level:
    • Emergency service shops will be open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Monday to Friday)
    • All shops will be closed full time except for essential services
    • Cinemas, malls will be completely closed
    • Only parcel service at the hotel will continue
    • Public parks, grounds, walking tracks, cycling tracks will be open from 5 to 9 in the morning (Monday to Friday)
      • Only 25 per cent attendance will be in the private office of essential services
      • 25 per cent attendance in government office
      • Various games (outdoor) will be held from 5 to 9 in the morning (Monday to Friday)
      • No social, cultural events are allowed.
      • Attendance of 25 people for the wedding ceremony, attendance of only 20 people for the funeral is mandatory
      • Political or other meetings will have 50 per cent capacity
      • The construction of the place where the workers are staying will continue
      • Agricultural work will continue till 2 pm (Monday to Friday).
      • E-commerce will only continue for essential services
      • The salon and gym will continue to have 50 percent capacity but the AC cannot be used
      • Public transport will continue at 50 per cent capacity. No standing passengers
      • Curfew rules will apply
      • There is no district in the fifth level.
